How do you choose the right style of tent?

• For large events, we recommend you to choose clear-span tent, polygonal tent or arcum tent. The optional clear span of them is from 3m-55m, with an unlimited length which can be extended at will according to your needs. 

• Larger event parties can also opt for a pole tent for your temporary event venue. The Pole tent is available in widths from 9 to 18 meters and in unlimited lengths. This is a uniquely shaped and easy to set up tent for weddings and various party events.

• For smaller parties or events, there are small span tents, frame tents, pagoda tents, and other types of options. These tents are great for private parties or as a temporary pawn store at a fair. 

• Small tents can be combined with multiple tents to form a larger event space, and can also be used as a temporary lounge or office with larger tents.

• The most important point is to choose the type of tent you need according to the theme of the event you are organizing. Dome tent as well as some customized or polygonal tents will be more stylish and will make your event venue vibrant. Tents similar to the A-shape clear span tent and pole tent styles, on the other hand, will look more generous and elegant.

• Choose the right size of tent based on the number of people using it or the space required. While considering whether the interior of the tent is spacious enough, you should also consider the external space that the tent will take up once it is erected to make sure that it will fit into the environment of your venue.

• We will calculate the size of the tent required depending on the number of participants and the type of event. Generally speaking, 1.2-1.5 times the total number of people is our recommended tent size. Depending on the type of event and the size of the venue, we will recommend a tent size that is more suitable for you.
